This is the discussion thread for the news article entitled "Recent Site Outages and Downtime - 14 May 2006".

As you may know, hififorum went offline on 14 May 2006 for the reasons described in the above news article.

I have attached a graph to this post showing the status of this web site for the last 7 days. Please note, however, that the monitoring software also crashed during the outage, so the end-time of the outage is incorrect, and actually indicates the time at which the monitoring software was restarted.

you may be interested to know that since this last outage, i have moved hififorum away from it's old web host.

We are now being hosted elsewhere, on what should hopefully be a much faster, and more reliable server

So far, so good, anyway
